I came to Delaware Puppy Rescue back when I was only a couple months old. I was adopted out to a family who said they would keep me forever but as I grew and needed training they had no time for me and left me at the Lancaster, PA SPCA. Thankfully, the SPCA was able to notify DPR that I was there and they came and rescued me for a second time. I am now staying with my good friends at Rebel Ridge in Elkton, MD. They have taught me all my good manners (I know how to sit and stay, to leave it and I come when called almost all the time). I am a loving girl and I like nothing better than to spend time with people. I do need a family who can give me the proper exercise (I am a lab puppy mix puppy remember). One of my good friends at Rebel Ridge takes me running everyday and I just love it but you don't have to be a runner to adopt me, just someone who can take me for walks or has a fenced in yard where we can play ball or frisbee to burn some of my puppy energy. Don't get the wrong idea - I'm not a hyper girl. As you can see in one of my pictures, I always have time to lay on my back for belly rubs. I can "stay" for belly rubs for a really long time!! I am good with children but since I am a strong little puppy they say I shouldn't go to a family with small children or one's not used to big dogs. I am spayed, up to date on all my shots, on heartworm preventative and just ready to have a family of my own.
