My name is Little Billy (or at least that is what my foster mom calls me). I was rescued from a shelter in Virginia. My owner kept me chained in the yard and one day decided he didn’t want to take care of me and my sister anymore so he gave us to the shelter. My sister has been adopted and I am waiting for my forever home now.
I am 10 months old, neutered and up to date on my shots. I am getting pretty good about housetraining, and can go for walks with my foster brother and sister off leash and stay nearby and come when I am called. I just took a car trip and did well in the car and I have learned how to walk on a leash. I am a happy go lucky guy and love to get attention. I am mostly black and white and weigh about 20 lbs.
