Meet little Toby 2! Toby 2 has a bit of a problem, like any other dog, he likes to run and play! As you can see, Toby 2 has to live on a chain and his caring owner would love to see him go to a place where he would have the freedom to do so. We are trying to help the owner and find him a suitable home. He is a very cute and active little dog and he is only 2 years old.
