Melinda was rescued from an Amish puppy mill. The first five months of her life were a bit traumatic so it took a little while for her to get used to being around nice humans.

Now Melinda is all play! She loves toys and regularly plays and runs around with her foster brother. She takes great joy in climbing steps but has yet to master climbing down.

She is very vocal when you return home but quickly settles down. She'll need help with housetraining as she is still learning what grass is used for though she sees her foster siblings use it every day. She hasn't quite caught on and prefers the newspaper over anything else.

Melinda is in need of a patient and loving family. She is still learning about the world and wants lots of attention while she's doing it. She is a great lap dog! Do you need a furry companion to warm you and give you sweet kisses? Please put in an application.
