Labradoodles! Skye and her brothers (Chase and Marshall) were rescued from a puppy mill in New Holland PA. The puppy mill owner contacted us because at 12 weeks old, these puppies were too old for them to sell. Additionally, they were living outside and with this brutally cold weather we have been having, were concerned that they would freeze. Our director drove up and got them the very next day. Now these puppies are nice and warm in a foster home with DPR! Their mother is a Chocolate Lab, and their father is a red Standard Poodle. All 3 of them are very friendly and love people!
Skye is the only girl and the smallest, weighing 19 pounds, but she will likely still grow up to be a large dog. She was the most scared when she arrived, but even so she only took 2 days to warm up to us and start following us around! She is a sweet girl who loves attention!
