Meet Dolly Parton! This sweet little girl is about 10 months old and was rescued from a shelter in North Carolina. She enjoys being pet and held. She has a really nice personality and is a perfect mix of playful and cuddly. She loves children and is very gentle!  She will run to the door to greet you and is not shy at all. She gets along very well with all the other cats she has been fostered with. She will make a wonderful companion for one very lucky adopter! 

Dolly Parton is spayed, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms    
      Adoption fee is: $150

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption: 

Initial vet visit 
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers 
Monthly flea/tick preventative 
Ear mite preventative 
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
