Happy-go-lucky Missy can't wait to be your best friend! She is about 7 months old, but still looks like a tiny kitten. She loves to play and loves to cuddle! She gets along really great with other cats and dogs, and she is fine with the toddlers she is being fostered with!
Missy's mother (Amara) was rescued from a high kill shelter in North Carolina when she was pregnant. Amara settled into her foster hom and gave birth to 3 beautiful little kittens. Missy's siblings and her mom have been adopted, and now it's Missy's turn! Since she has been in foster care her entire life, she knows nothing but love and comfort and affection - so she has grown to be a very well adjusted, sweet, friendly, affectionate kitty! Consider adding sweet little Missy to your family!

Missy is spayed, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms
      Adoption fee is: $150

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
