Luna loves everyone! She is an extremely outgoing, friendly, affectionate girl without a shy bone in her body! She has never met a stranger. She will run to the door to greet you. Her most endearing quality is how patient and loving she is towards children. She loves being around them - and she will let them pick her up, hold her hand and play with her. She is not scared when they run around or shriek, she will just go up to them and rub up against their legs. She also gets along very well with other cats.
She is about 1 year old, but she is only 5 pounds and still looks like a kitten. She has the most beautiful long silky hair that is so shiny she could be in a shampoo commercial!
This affectionate girl loves to sit on your lap and give kisses, plus she has the sweetest little meow. We just can't say enough great things about her! She is playful and loving and will make a wonderful addition to any family!

Luna is spayed, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms
      Adoption fee is: $150

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
