Meet Meatball who is one of 7 pups of Mori's that were born here at  DPR on January 5, 2019. He is extremely gentle with everyone and every animal that he meets. He is a big boy who just wants to sit in your lap and snuggle all day long. Their Mom Mori was rescued from the Anson County Animal Shelter in Polkton, NC when she was picked up as a stray in December.  The pups, 5 boys (Malcolm, Major, Maverick, Moose, and Meatball) and 2 girls (Maggie and Malina) have been loved and nurtured since the day they were born. They are friendly, smart and well balanced. Their Mom is in the 43 lb range. We have no idea who Dad was but we are thinking there were two of them.  Another hound mix possibly and a setter mix? We are estimating Meatball will probably be in the 80-90 lb range full grown.
