This website is updated daily.  If the animal you are interested in adopting is listed as "available for adoption", that means the animal is still in DPR's care.

Gianna has an awesome personality to go along with her good looks! She's a gorgeous little fluff ball and as friendly as can be! She loves everyone she meets, and she loves to play with her toys and follow you around and "help" you with whatever you're doing! She is spunky but not overly hyper. She loves to be picked up and cuddled! She's an amazing little girl and will make a great addition to any family!

Gianna has tested negative for FeLv/FIV/HW, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms
Adoption fee is: $100 (plus $40 refundable spay deposit)

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
