Mork and Mindy! It just doesn't get any cuter than this bonded brother/sister pair. Mork is the long haired black/white kitten, and Mindy is the petite black kitten. They are about 2.5 months old and are extremely affectionate and sweet! When they aren't cuddling with someone you can find them playing with their toys or wrestling with each other. They are extremely bonded, when they are separated even for a short period of time they will cry and cry. For this reason we are only considering applicants who are in search of a pair.

They tested negative for FeLv/FIV/HW, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePetRescue.org/forms
Adoption fee is: $275 for the pair, plus $40 refundable spay/neuter deposit

If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePetRescue.org/forms
This website is updated daily.  If the animal you are interested in adopting is listed as "available for adoption", that means the animal is still in DPR's care.

*Please note - due to COVID-19, we will not be able to do on-site meet and greets. Adoptive families can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone and do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. All paperwork will be done online and adoption fees can be paid by Paypal or Venmo. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
