Goofy and his siblings (Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Goofy and Cuckoo-Loca) are the sweetest most affectionate little kittens around! You may not believe us when we say they are all from the same litter since they all look so different, but we have had them since they were teeny tiny babies needing to be bottle-fed, so we assure you they are definitely all related! They are 4 months old now and in that perfect fun kitten stage that everybody loves! They have been lovingly hand-raised and are very well adjusted kittens - they get along great with everyone, including kids, toddlers, dogs and cats!
Goofy is very appropriately named due to his huge goofy feet and his silly personality! Goofy is a Polydactyl meaning he has extra toes! His thumbs and feet in general look huge for his tiny body. He is constantly rolling around on his back and loves to show off his adorable spotted belly (as you can see from the photos we were unable to get any "normal" photos of this boy!) Goofy loves nothing more to be held and be with his people. He is super loving and affectionate and such a good snuggler. He's also happy to play with his siblings and toys and explore new places.

They tested negative for FeLv/FIV/HW, are up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePetRescue.org/forms

Adoption fee is: $150, plus $40 refundable spay/neuter deposit

If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePetRescue.org/forms
This website is updated daily.  If the animal you are interested in adopting is listed as "available for adoption", that means the animal is still in DPR's care.

*Please note - due to COVID-19, we will not be able to do on-site meet and greets. Adoptive families can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone ordo a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. All paperwork can be done online and adoption fees can be paid by Paypal. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
