Louie is such a sweetheart.  He came from a puppy mill, but unlike many puppy mill rescues, he doesn't seem to be very traumatized.   He is extremely friendly - always want to be near you and give you lots of kisses.  Always happy and wagging his little tail.  He has a wonderful temperament.  Please fill out an application if you are interested in meeting Louie.  Thank you!
