Meet Macaroni and Cheese! They were surrendered to DPR by a local family who could no longer care for them. They've been handled by kids on a daily basis and are very sweet and gentle! We keep them in an exercise pen which has plenty of room for them to run around and play. They are getting to know us and our routine, and they will squeak in excitement and run over when they see us because they know it usually means they are going to get fresh fruits and veggies, which they go crazy for! Their favorites are lettuce, peppers, carrots and cucumbers. They will eat it right from your hand. We have a variety of cute little hidey houses for them, which they love! They also love climbing into their hay feeder and will occasionally chew on their variety of toys. They are used to being around children, and they enjoy being petted and held. They'll make great pets! They are a bonded pair who have lived together their entire lives, so we are looking for a home that will welcome Mac & Cheese together!

*Please note - due to COVID-19, we will not be able to do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
