Meet Poppy! This big girl was surrendered to DPR along with Iris, Buttercup and Zinnia by a family who could no longer care for them. They all have been living together and get along great! They love their tunnels and hidey houses and romping around. They all get VERY excited when they see people and start squeaking like crazy and running around in anticipation of getting fresh fruits and veggies! They LOVE to eat and especially love romaine lettuce and peppers. Poppy is a sweet girl who enjoys being held and is very soft and loving. Poppy would love to be adopted with one of her friends!

   Adoption fee is: $30 for one guinea pig or $50 for a pair

 

This website is updated daily.  If the animal you are interested in adopting is listed as "available for adoption", that means the animal is still in DPR's care. 


*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
