Meet Phoebe and Monica! This sweet mama was rescued from a shelter in Maryland along with her 4 babies. Phoebe is the mom and is a young and petite girl, and when we took them to the vet for their wellness exam, the vet was shocked that she could have fit 4 babies in there! She's really just a baby herself! She's been a good mom and has a great personality all around. She enjoys being held and pet and is wonderful with children. She's very calm and stays in whatever position we put her in! She doesn't even run away from us when we pick her up out of her cage. She's very chill! She even let us put a little dress on her for the photo shoot! Check out her video!
Monica is Phoebe's baby, and the two of them are extremely bonded, so we are looking for a home where they can be adopted together. They are always cuddling together in their hidey houses, then they go out and have a snack together, then they go get a drink together - you get the idea! Monica is only a few weeks old and is a playful adorable little girl who is used to being picked up and handled. She has the softest fur! Both of them squeak with excitement when they get their daily salads of fresh veggies and fruit. They are an awesome pair!

Phoebe and Monica have had a wellness vet visit and a nail trim in preparation for adoption. 

Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
