Meet Ben & Jerry! These adorable little guys were rescued along with their mom and sisters from a shelter in Maryland. They are only a few weeks old! Guinea pigs are born quite large and can run around and eat hay right away! These guys are ready for adoption and are extremely bonded, so they would need to be adopted together. They are very adventurous and love to explore. They get excited for their daily salad of fruits and veggies, and are already learning to associate the crinkling of the bags with getting treats and start squeaking really adorably! They are active and playful due to their age, but they are also comfortable with being held and handled. They are super soft (and SUPER cute!!)  

Ben & Jerry have had a wellness vet visit and received a clean bill of health. 

Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
