Meet Bauble! She was brought to a shelter in North Carolina along with her 3 kittens. DPR took them and now Bauble is ready for her forever home! She was a good mom and is very good with all the other kittens and adult cats she's being fostered with as well. She's been spayed, so no more kittens for her! She is very friendly and affectionate and loves being pet. She loves hanging around the 3 dogs at her foster home - she is an awesome choice if you're looking for a cat who likes dogs!! She's generally pretty mellow and easy going. She'll be a wonderful companion for a very lucky person!
This cat is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:
Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
