Meet Lassen! She is the Kissing Kitty! She will give you kisses for as long as you let her. She is incredibly affectionate and loving. She loves being pet and cuddled and is happy to sit on your lap. She gets along really great with all the other cats and kittens she is being fostered with. She was living outside and was brought in for "TNR" (Trap/Neuter/Return) but she was just far too sweet to continue living outside. She is extremely happy to be in a warm and loving home and has wonderful house manners. We are in love with Lassen, and we know you will be too!
This cat is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:
Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
