Meet Hawk! This stunning Maine Coon mix has an awesome personality to go along with his good looks! He is super affectionate and loves to be pet and cuddled. He is outgoing and not shy at all. You can usually find himself sprawled out right in the very center of the floor. He likes to be at the center of things! He will come right up to you to ask for love. He was rescued from North Carolina as a stray who was struggling to find enough food to eat. He is SO happy to have all the food his little belly desires now! He is putting on weight nicely and shows absolutely no interest in ever going back outside again. He is enjoying the comforts of being an indoor cat. He has perfect manners – never has had an accident and doesn’t scratch on anything he shouldn’t. He was probably an indoor cat at some point and was possibly abandoned outside. He gets along very well with cats, dogs and little kids too! He will make a wonderful addition to any family!

This cat is neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *

The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
