SUPER FRIENDLY CAT ALERT!! Meet Mon Mothma! This petite girl has more love and affection than she knows what to do with! From the second she entered her foster home, she rubs up against everyone, wanting to be pet, and will climb right into your lap or onto your shoulder to give you a hug. She loves the children at her foster home and is so gentle and affectionate with them. They carry her around like a baby. We have some exceptionally cute tiny kittens at the moment, but this older gal is the favorite of everyone! She has very long, soft, fluffy hair. It will need to be brushed regularly to prevent it from being matted (she did arrive with some mats that we had to shave). It is impossible to get a good picture of her though because she immediately runs right over to you! She is about 10 years old but still acts like a kitten. She is harness/leash trained. She has zero fear of dogs and is wonderful with the dogs at her foster home. She was adopted out about a year ago, but was recently returned because their other cats were bullying her. She also has some minor IBS issues, but she uses the litter box perfectly and it doesn't seem to bother her. She has had lots of testing and bloodwork done, but nothing conclusive or bad was found. She is not on any medication and eats regular cat food.

This cat is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *

The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
