Meet Tootsie Roll! As his name suggests, Tootsie Roll is just as sweet as can be! He is about a year old and was surrendered to DPR when his owners could no longer care for him. He has a wonderful personality and enjoys being pet and held by the kids at his foster home. He's a relatively little guy weighing in at about 900 grams. He's loves when it's salad time and will squeak with excitement. He's just an all around great piggie. Guinea pigs tend to be happiest when they have a friend, we're sure he'd love a buddy at his new home.  

All our guinea pigs see the vet for a wellness visit and nail trim  prior to adoption. 

Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
