Meet Hedwig! How cute is this little girl! She has long, fluffy hair and the cutest ear tufts. She's super friendly, outgoing and loving. She loves to play with her toys and is also just as happy to be carried around or sit on your lap and cuddle. She is very dedicated to playing with her wand toys and fully commits to some crazy leaps - it's quite entertaining! She loves kids and gets along great with other cats and dogs. Just an awesome little girl all around, she'll make a wonderful addition to your home!
This cat is spayed, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:
Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
