Kai was rescued from an Ohio puppy mill.  Both of his front paws were broken due to falling through the wire bottoms of the cage he was kept in at the mill.  Since he could not be sold to a pet store the miller handed him over to DPR.  He has been a joy to have in the family.  There is not a sweeter pup.   Everyone he meets is an instant friend.  He's always looking for an open lap to occupy.  Kai, being a Sheltie, is high energy.  He loves to play with other dogs.  No matter the size, big or small, male or female.  Kai is crate trained and housetrained.  He knows some basic commands.  He is a tiny Sheltie at only 15 lbs.  We don't expect him to get much bigger.  Fenced in yard is required.  If you are interested in meeting Kai please subit an adoption application:  www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms
