Meet Siskel and Ebert! They are Abyssinian guinea pigs and have adorable swirls of rosettes (cowlicks) giving them a charming, disheveled look. These two adorable brothers were surrendered to DPR when their family could no longer care for them. They are very sweet and are great with kids! They make the cutest little squeaks when they see you, especially if they see that you have some yummy fruits or veggies! They love to eat, and the way to their hearts is definitely through their stomachs! These two are very bonded - they're either cuddling together in a hidey house, exploring together or eating together. So we are definitely looking for a home where they can stay together!

 All our guinea pigs see the vet for a wellness visit and nail trim prior to adoption. 

Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
