Star is a very quiet dog that doesn’t require a lot of physical activity. She enjoys being outside in the sun and will stay out for there for hours. Her “forever” home should have little or no steps at all because she has trouble with her back legs.  Due to her joint issues, short walks are only necessary and Star does walk well on a leash.  Star is encouraged by small treats after going outside.  Eating meals is a slow process for Star and is fed twice daily in small quantities.  She may make a noise when if she needs help to get on the bed or couch.  One of her unusual habits is making a “grumble’ noise (not a growl); it’s as if she trying to communicate with you.  Her favorite spot to be rubbed is under her chin and on the side of head. Star is a sweet girl who has been through so much all she wants is love and affection.  She would be a wonderful companion for an adult that works part time or home all day. Please make your home her forever home.
