Theo is a sweet, loving little boy! He was rescued from a puppy mill and is looking for a great home. He may be shy at first, but once he knows you he loves to play and loves to snuggle even more. Theo loves sitting on your lap, and reaching up to give you a kiss on the face. He wants you to play and give him attention, and loves taking breaks to have his belly rubbed.
