This is Basil, one of a litter of 4 Collie mixes who came to us from Milan, Tennessee. Dad appeared to be a lab/hound mix and mom was a collie mix. Basil and his siblings are 8 weeks old and have been in foster care with Delaware Puppy Rescue since April 27. Basil is the most affectionate and sweetest puppy of the litter. He will play with the others but tends to be the first one to come back to his foster family for hugs and kisses while the others continue to play.
