Tom and his siblings were rescued from the Kent County SPCA. The SPCA was nice enough to call us and ask if we could take them into our care because of the dangers of germs from older dogs at the shelter. Tom is the outgoing one in the group and loves to find his own way. If you are interested in meeting one of us, please submit an adoption application. .
