Honey is in a Georgia shelter because her owner was arrested and she had no place else to go - on CHRISTMAS EVE. Whatever her owner did to deserve incarceration, it sure wasn't mistreating this dog, because she's in great shape and has a lovely spirit. She is a silly, wiggly, affectionate thing, but she is a bit unnerved by all the barking dogs (most of whom are bigger than she is) so she is extra wiggly, just from nerves. The best way to get her picture was to hold her, which was just fine with Honey.
