Hi, my name is Butters!  I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana, and I am enjoying all the love and attention I’m getting at my foster home!  I am a maltese / shih tzu mix with the cutest little under-bite.  I am mostly fluff – underneath all my curls I am actually a very tiny little boy – I only weigh 2 pounds!  Even though my foster brothers are bigger than me, I can hold my own and I like to wrestle with them.  I love belly rubs and sitting on your lap. :)
