Hi!  My name is Popeye, and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I am very very friendly and love everybody I meet.  I like to leap into your arms and give you a kiss on the cheek!  I enjoy wrestling with my foster siblings and playing with my toys.  I am very well socialized and fun puppy!  And me and my siblings all enjoy watching tv - as you can see from the picture below! :)
