Hi!  My name is Lupé! I am a Japanese Chin / Shih Tzu mix!  I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana, and I am SO happy to be out of there for good!  I am an extremely sweet and affectionate little girl.  I LOVE belly rubs, and I just want to be on your lap all the time!  I have such unique and pretty markings – notice my white socks and the white on the tip of my tail (which wags CONSTANTLY, by the way!)  I play nicely with my foster siblings and I enjoy meeting new people.  Oh and did I mention that I LOVE belly rubs?!  :-)
