Hi!  My name is Jeff!  I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana, and I am really enjoying all the love and attention I am getting at my foster home!  I think I am mostly bichon with maybe a little bit of shih tzu too.  I am a very sweet little boy and I LOVE belly rubs!  I was very good during my bath and I sat like a perfect angel while my foster mom trimmed all around my eyes (she got a little bit carried away though and I can’t say it’s the best hair cut!) I play well with my foster sisters and I like romping outside, but I am just as happy to snuggle up on your lap!
