MacDougal is a puppy mill rescue.  He has the most wonderful, loving personality and adores people.  He is a happy, bouncy boy whose favorite play toy is you.  He also loves to play with his brother Maxwell and sister Maggie. MacDougal will make a wonderful doggie companion, he just wants to be picked up and loved.
