Hi friends!  My name is Howard, and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I am a happy little dachshund and love meeting new people!  I LOVE to play, especially with my foster brothers and my squeaky toys.  I calm right down as soon as anybody picks me up though - I love to sit on your lap and get my belly rubbed.  I have a very expressive little face and my forehead gets all wrinkly when I am thinking.  :)
