Powder came in from a puppy mill with his three brothers; Snowball, Cotton and Frosty. Powder is a 9 week old Bichon Frise. He will weigh anywhere from 10 - 18 pounds. All four boys are doing great, they are very happy, healthy pups! Powder is one of the shyer ones, but once you gain his trust he wants nothing more than to snuggle with you!
