Frosty came in from a puppy mill with his three brothers; Snowball, Cotton and Powder. Frosty is a 9 week old Bichon Frise. He will weigh anywhere from 10 - 18 pounds. All four boys are doing great, they are very happy, healthy pups! Frosty had the hardest time opening up to people but now follows us around the house. He is timid at first, but once he opens up he is a little ball full of love.
