Cotton came in from a puppy mill with his three brothers; Snowball, Frosty, and Powder. Cotton is a 9 week old Bichon Frise. He will weigh anywhere from 10 - 18 pounds. All four boys are doing great, they are very happy, healthy pups! Cotton is one of the spunky ones, whether a person, child or another dog walks by him he thinks they are trying to play. He is defintiely the clown of the group!
