Hi my name is Horatio and I was rescued with my brother from a puppy mill in Indiana! I am the ultimate lap dog, and while I do great playing with my foster siblings, I just love being hugged and cuddled!! I'm very little and am currently only 3 lbs, but even though I'm small I have a huge heart and my foster mom tells me I have the sweetest personality. I have a tiny ulcer in my right eye but it's being treated and will likely heal on its own. I'm a very happy pup who can't wait to find a home with lots of love to give.
