Hi!  My name is Arthur, and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I'm about 10 weeks old and 6 pounds.  A have a beautiful soft and silky coat, and I have short squatty legs.  I'm a friendly and affecitonate little guy who loves to sit on my foster mom's lap.  I enjoy belly rubs and romping around outside.   I love everybody I meet, and I get along great with all my siblings.  I'm mellow and easy going.  I'm just a great little puppy all around!!
