Hi there!  My name is Tootsie, and I was rescued from a high kill shelter in NC.  I am SO happy that Delaware Puppy Rescue saved me even though I'm not a puppy!  I am about 3 months old, and I am ready to go to my forever home!  I'm a gorgeous tortie girl with a slender frame and long legs - I could be a model!  I am a super friendly little girl who just loves everyone.  I'm very athletic, and I love to explore new places.  I get along great with my litter mates as well as the adult cats in the house.  My best friend is Etsy, and we play so well with each other!  My foster parents said they can cancel their cable because we keep them so entertained!  I'm a pro at the litterbox.  I'm a very affectionate kitten too - just check out my video and see for yourself!
