Blue is sad... Her former 'family' dumped her in a Virginia kill shelter with her 6 puppies.  DPR saved this family and now all of her puppies have been adopted and Blue is patiently waiting for a forever family of her own.  She is around 5-6 years old, has a wonderful, laid back, sweet disposition and is so loving, gentle and kind.  Blue loves to snuggle in your lap or sit by your side and just keep you company.  She would make a wonderful companion for someone who is looking for a calm, older, trained dog.  Blue is up-to-date on her vaccinations, house trained, and great with other dogs.  She is also great with children-she makes a wonderful babysitter-and she does very well in the car.  She is a perfect size, weighing in at only 45 pounds.  Blue's whole purpose in life is to love you.

Blue cannot be spayed for another 4-6 weeks due to giving birth recently, so she will be adopted out on a Spay Adoption Contract.
