This is Frank, who along with his brother Bert, were rescued from the Georgetown SPCA. We are giving an educated guess as to their mix but one thing is for sure - they are cute!! They are both micro chipped and up to date on shots. They will be available to be adopted May 22nd. These two puppies were pulled in honor of our friends - Frank and Bert!
