Beatrice and her 5 siblings were born here at our DPR foster home after rescuing their pregnant Mom Joey from a VA shelter.  Joey was turned in by her owners because she was pregnant.  Thankfully we had a foster home for her to be safe and have her babies.  They were born August 6 and have been raised with lots of one on one care and attention.  Joey is a small (20 lb) Beagle but we have no history on the father.  We suspect a Lab or Lab mix.  Beatrice and siblings will probably be in the 40 lb range full grown.   She is on the smaller size compared to her sister Briget.  We see lots of Beagle in their faces but see some Lab in their body shapes.  They are just all American Mutts.  If you would like to be considered for adoption of Bea please submit an application at www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms  Adoption Donation:  $200.00 plus refundable altering deposit.
