Moose is a rescue from a breeder who could not sell him to a pet store because they thought he was too old at the ripe old age of 11 weeks.  Thankfully we have him in our care to find the perfect home.  He is a scruffy little Shih Tzu mix that is a friendly and happy boy.  He is very playful with his foster siblings but is happy to spend time with his human foster family as well.
