Update 12/22: Heather is here and is a little doll. She is full of personality, love and energy. She is around 8 months old, house trained, spayed and ready to be your new best friend. We are still not sure of her breed mix, she may have a tad of Beagle, and maybe some toy terrier of some sort. She has 4 white paws, white on her chest, and on the very tip of her tail. Whatever Heather is, she is one sweet, adorable little girl! She is very agile and can easily hop in your lap for snuggles and cuddles. Heather loves to be with her people and is happiest when loving on you, whether it is in your lap or snuggled up next to you napping on the sofa. She loves everyone, including children, other dogs, and riding in the car. Heather will make someone a wonderful companion and would be a wonderful addition to any family. Adorable little Heather will be coming to Delaware Puppy Rescue next weekend from a shelter in Georgia. Heather is around 8 months old. She is only 19 pounds, and a beautiful, sweet, petite little girl. We don't know what her mix is, but we are guessing Beaglish. We will have a better idea once she gets to us. Here is what Heather's Georgia foster mom has to say about her: "Heather is a little sweetheart. She is crate trained and house trained. She will go to the door and bark to go out. She is learning to sit for treats and to put on her leash. She is very quiet indoors. She also is very happy sitting in your lap. Heather is a perfect companion!" Heather is fully vetted and has been spayed. We can't wait to meet her and find her a wonderful forever home.
