Harvey is a calm little guy. Unlike most puppies, Harvey is very observant, thinking before he jumps and planning his next move accordingly. These very king-like traits can be displayed when he swaggers around with his tail and head held high. Harvey is laid back in most any situation which makes him one cool confident kid.
