Mr. Chips is adorable. He is sweet and full of fun. He is listed along with his six siblings who came up to us from Georgia. Their mother weighed about 35 lbs and was a Spaniel/Sheltie mix who was black with the brown markings. We believe Dad was probably a lab mix. Mr. Chips loves to get his attention; even if it means knocking over a sibling or two to get it!
