Donald and his brothers (Mickey, Goofy and Pluto), are 9 week old American Fox Hound puppies! Their story begins when a local breeder took their mother to the vet for an emergency c-section. She had a large litter, and the breeder said they would take the female puppies but told the vet to euthanize the boys. Thankfully, the vet did not listen and instead found foster families to bottle feed the boys until they were old enough to be adopted. Now the puppies are 9 weeks old, thriving, and ready to go to their forever homes! Because they were bottle fed and in loving foster homes their entire lives, they are all very well socialized, outgoing and friendly! We just love these boys, and we know you will too!! Donald is absolutely adorable and oh so sweet. He is the smallest puppy in the litter, weighing about 10 pounds, and he's the ultimate cuddler!! He also loves to play with his toys and with his brothers, and then he curls up for a nap in his bed or on your lap. He is friendly and loves to meet new people. He loves to go for walks and explore outside. He is mellow and easy going and calm (for a foxhound pup!) Just a wonderful personality, it's easy to fall in love with little Donald.
